Welcome to the SQ Assessment Tool. This is a free, voluntary self-assessment tool based on UL's first enterprise Standard, UL 880: Sustainability for Manufacturing Organizations.

The tool was developed to provide organizations with an idea of how likely they might be able to meet the prerequisite and core indicators of the UL 880 across all five domain areas – Governance, Environment, Customers and Supply Chain, Work Force, and Community Engagement and Human Rights. Meeting the prerequisite and minimum requirements of the core indicators can lead to full or focus area SQ certification.

There are basic questions about the company and a series of questions based on the indicators. It takes about 20 minutes to go through the tool after which you will receive a results report that you will be able to use to benchmark your responses against other organizations that used the tool.
